Yes I have 2 (can't flash them thru sp flash tools cos they both don't have scatter file, tried cwm recovery too and no luck) so I guess fastboot is the only one I haven't tried...least I forget I tried the following command

Adb devices

Abd reboot bootloader

Fastboot devices

Fastboot update update.zip (I renamed my stock rom into update)

It went on for a while and I got error can't locate android-info.txt and android-product.txt
I tried this too I found out it can be use to flash boot, recovery and system.img

Fastboot flashall
(It didnt work)

Fastboot flashall -p
(Didn't work too)

I have forgotten the error I got maybe I don't know that flashall command well.. So please help me out, cause it seems I've been going round a circle since

you got your commands all mixed up. what you have is a custom ROM, not a raw update.zip
list the files in the custom ROM zip file before we even proceed with flashing techniques

the first one is a custom ROM and you're to flash that using custom recovery.
take a screenshot of the home directory of the other custom ROM. the kind of files in it will tell me what it really is

the ROM flashing was successful. the error you're getting points at a faulty /system partition.
from previous flashing attempts, there seems to be an eMMC issue with your phone. the logical line of action is to keep at force-flashing the system.img
we're investigating the error 3149 and 5069 ATM

not just SP flash tool alone. your aim is to flash system.img for your exact M3 model successfully
