1. are you using a third Party Android launcher ?
2. have you tried changing the memory card?
3. did you try unmounting then remounting SD card under Settings > Storage?

1. No, i had uninstall it
2. Yes, i have changed the card. Because of this issues i had to buy another mmc.
3. Done severally times.

My thought
May there's a cache i need to clear or maybe is a path issues like your one of of staff said on whatsapp.

Initially music couldn't stay inside the memory card as well it corrupt it after reboot but after i repair mbr or something
using a third party partitioning app on window it started retain music, document and video

From all information gathered, seems you'll either need to do a factory reset in recovery mode or re-flash the stock ROM

I understand. Here's what you'll do. reboot the phone and don't interact with it until after 3 minutes of boot. let's know if the apps reappear. I suspect the launcher as the source of the problem though it could be something else.

In the first place where should be my installation path is it sd or the internal memo.

Even at that, i notice that there are some app by default they install inside the internal otherwise they installed inside sd.

by default, it's phone memory. installing on SD card just provides more space. you could install to phone memory but that's a temporary fix for this issue.

obviously, it's an installation path issue. what we're trying to locate is the source. It's possibly because you chose the "link internal data" for apps option.

Were you experiencing this issue before installing Link2sd? and have you unpartitioned SD card and uninstalled link2sd?
