of course, you'll get error 4032. you ticked userdata and cache which are empty,
use Download, not firmware upgrade

then its likely your phone is not the X551 1GB 16 GB version.
do you have a carton to verify this?

there re 3 variants of X551

X551 1GB RAM 16Gb ROM
X551 2GB RAM 16Gb ROM
X551 2GB RAM 32Gb ROM

there are two possible reasons you're getting the error 4032
1.  the phone is one of the other 2 variants and not 16+1 as the back says
2. you used firmware upgrade or ticked userdata and cache in Sp flash tool
