[Tutorial] How to fix E: can't mount /cache/recovery, log or last_log CWM
If you get the above errors in Clockworkmod recovery mode then consider the following fixes

E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
If you get the above errors in Clockworkmod recovery mode then consider the following fixes:
* Re-install Clockworkmod recovery
* Format Cache under Mounts and Storage
* Re-flash the system.img
* Enter the correct mount points in your recovery image's ramdisk/etc/recovery.fstab
