Pls I need solutions, it doesn't give signal, Nd always shows disconnected wen I try 2 connect....

1. is it unlocked?
2. which network's SIM card is presently in it?

1. Its a universal modem, don't know if its unlocked
2. Zain Nd I tried oda network on it 2

So all networks don't show strong signal and keep disconnecting right? 
Have you tried another modem on the PC to confirm?
Also, try the modem on another PC with different networks SIMs

It shows no signal
It does the same tin on anoda system
Anoda modem works well on my system

Your modem is faulty then. It's a common experience with universal modems

If SIMs in other modems work fine on the PCs you've tested but this modem works with no SIM on the same PCs then it's a hardware issue. The Modem is gone
