No! The phone is not totally dead. I first thought of the battery going low, so I kick (Charge)the battery with "Universal Charger" and insert it back into the phone. So when I switch on the phone, it came but WHITE SCREEN and I switch it off again by REMOVING the battery from it.

Now, after inserting the battery back into the phone, I try "Hard Reset" by pressing "Power Button" & "Volume Down" and information appeared but cannot select none of them.

Now the phone is off and cannot on again.
All this happened today 29th April, 2016.

That's the HTC Amaze 4G PH85110.
Does it blink a red LED when connected to power?

Exactly, that's the HTC Amaze 4G PH85110 and it blink the red LED light (2 times) when power is connected. Then the light will be study there, no more blinking which means "Charging".

No please, it doesn't get detected when connected to PC. It's only the red LED light blink twice then stop blinking.

Charge the battery externally.

I used universal charger to charged the battery only and when I inserted it into the phone this morning (2nd May), I switch on the phone and the screen appeared but only stop at "HTC" (White screen and the HTC Logo).
So I removed the battery from it again and it doesn't on again.

That points at a power sure issue. You'll need to get it to come on in your order to flash the RUU.
Try charging externally again
