first ensure that this isnt an empty battery issue
* check if the phone's USB / Charging port is still good
* or try a different USB cord
* if you can try another battery.. see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-8523.html for how to remove / take out the battery of an Infinix Zero X506 Android phone

I will try buy another battery and try it
is this could be a problem in the charging socket
is this could be a hardware problem in the motherboard

Don't buy a new battery yet.
Just take out and re-insert the battery

I take out and re-insert the battery and nothing changed
could it be a preloader problem?
is there a way to test the battery?

You will need to unplug it from the board

okay I unplug it from the board but the battery ends with wires and it ends with white plastic casing that is small for the multimeter probe ( test pins )
