[Please help] Infinix X551 goes off

Pls what might be the possible cause of this problem?? because i noticed it started after i downgraded my phone from lollipop back to kitkat

have you tried doing a factory reset?
BTW you can always upgrade by to lollipop

Why did you downgrade? If downgrading to kikkt is causing this, why not upgrade back to the previous version. Have you checked the battery to see if it is not loose in the phone?

I think what happens is that your screen goes black whenever you put it close to your ear but doesn't come back on immediately you remove it from your ear. If it's this then something is blocking your sensor. Did you add a screen protector?
