Wen I format without bootloader it auto disconnect (PMT CHANGE FOR THE ROM,NID TO B DOWNLOADED)
I thought the main issue is d USB dat auto disconnect

The auto disconnection issue could be a battery, USB port, cord or Driver issue.
Explain the steps you took in formatting. I think you're missing something.
I've personally experienced this on an M3 and fixed it each time

download all necessity at hovatek
Sp flash tools
Custom rom of old m3 stock rom
Mediatek
Usbreview
Then extract every thing I downloaded after dat I open d SP FLASH tool and load d scattered file of d m3 stock rom
It auto select all except CACHE and USRDATA den I click DOWNLOAD at d top and put d connect d fone wit USB.
D fone make d connection sound and immediately make disconnection sounds and reply (PMT CHANG FOR D ROM,NID TO B DOWNLOADED)

FORMATTING ASPECT
The already loaded scattered file which select all except CACHE and USRDATA den I click format+download and d fone also makes d disconnect sound

I thought as much.
this is where you're missing it.
you are to click Format at the top, not select Format + Download from the list. See how to format @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

No,d fone is no more detecting in d sp flash tool an does not vibrate again

I followed hovatek forum(installing mediatek manually) sp flash tool now detect d fone
Then I now click only the format @ d top but it reply
BROM ERROR:S_FORMAT FAIL(4010)
format fail possible given a wrong format range,please check d format settings

at this point, we need to verify your M3 type so we don't get back to square 1.
Go to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html check the pictures on M3 4.2. Was the phone the Blue or White type of 4.2.
