I wanted to make known to people after going through this; that they should backup their nvram and secro partitions before they format and flash their phone.
It seems to me now that am not the only one but quite a number of people have started going through the same after formatting without backing up their nvram and secro partitions.
Bro, help concerning this issue will not come; at least not from here because people over here are selfish when it comes to helping out others. They only think of receiving help from the Hovatek administrators and some members but when it comes to helping them in need; they feel hesitant..

I will suggest looking around you for a similar phone like yours and then backup the secro and nvram partitions to restore on your phone.
Am going through this same problem and no one; even though they can help have chosen not to help me. Get a phone similar to yours and restore on your phone using recovery. This is the only way to be able to use only 3G networks without problem.

You'll need to get a working phone of the same model and follow https://www.hovatek.com/blog/how-to-fix-...-only-mode

What do you mean? How did you do that. You are lucky to have gotten a working phone of the same model so early

Just a backup of nvram ir secro partition from a working phone and restoring via a recovery to the faulty phone when the backup is already transferred to the internal or external SD of the faulty phone.
