(17-09-2016, 05:30 PM)phunkypalace well, i know u have tried but honestly it's dead end here. u can also help me if u can.
the problem is the system/etc/ firmware folder, where the modem file is modem_1_2g instead of modem_1_wg.
You either need to find someone with the 3G variant or keep downloading every firmware for your model you find online (i've seen both Kitkat and Lollipop versions) till you find one with the right modem file.
Another option is to root your phone > download the firmware of other MT6572 Samsung clones which have 3G > unpack the system.img > copy the modem file from the unpacked system.img to your phone > restart your phone.
Since you can't find a working phone, you'll have to download a lot.

Then copy it out to the SD card and transfer it to your PC.
What location did you find it?
