try version 3. if same thing then you'll need to get access to a working m7 to backup

This is explained in the tutorial but you'll need a working M7 that can be recognized by MTK droid tools for that option to be clickable. you could try using any Tecno phone around you.
Another alternative is to use the first method (backing up a single file) in the tutorial to backup each file one at a time. this might be a little tedious but its your best bet for making a full ROM dump since you dont have a working phone of the same model around .
