Sorry. I have managed to flash the NVRAM but nothing changes. Not sure the NVRAM was correctly created or not but the person said he follow step by step of the process.

I have managed to get from someone else another MP0B_001 and replaced mine but still nothing.

My baseband remains always as UNKNOWN

This is what I get when writing with SP Flash Tools:

Do you think a nandroid backup would overwrite the nvram corruption even when a new installation of a ROM can't? I have already requested but noone wants to make it. And I have no other device to make the backup. Sad

Also, I think my main issue is that FACTORY MODE doesn't have a baseband as you can see on the image below:

Ideally, a compatible firmware ought to fix Unknown Baseband
an NVRAM backup in TWRP could help sort this out or an NVRAM backup with Miraclebox .

So what would be a compatible firmware? Because I have installed from scratch all the way from 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s and now 18s and none seems to be able to recover the data signal???

What version of Miracle Box would support MT6797 (Helio X20)? I am trying to download 2.34 and 2.38... what would be the latest one? And doesn't that Miracle Box needs a dongle?

Why not try the TWRP approach?

Trying to find someone that is willing to get a TWRP full back and send it over. Sad

Funny is that someone just posted the process and how to do it with MAUI and X620 phones. But I already tried and MAUI won't react the same way. So I guess my phone is indeed doomed:

PROCESS:
at first ROOT your phone and install an Root explorer.

after that you need the MDDB files from your phone, they should be in the location "/etc/mddb"

copy those files to a place where you can reach them from your PC and transfer them to your pc, this can be a bit tricky, directly connecting the phone to the pcrked for me, is did this with the APP "Xender"

after that you have the database file for Maui META. the authentication file can you find here https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuZbAtG3QpCmjXSBY2eICTBRsZ2E

know you need to delete the 3 Nvram folders on your phone, search them with the search function or just go for them manuelly

/nvdata/md/nvram

/nvdata/md3/nvram

/data/md3/nvram

after that reboot your phone an look if your problem is solved, if yes you're lucky

know shut down your phone open Maui META and hit reconnect, connect your phone and turn it on

after a successful connection select your "NVRAM Database" and your "Authentication file", choose IMEI download and enter your IMEI, if this still fails here delete your Nvram folders again

for me this was the point where i was shocked that Maui META said "IMEI Download was successful" i clicked the Disconnect button and turned the PHONE on and for my suprise it doesn't said "Invalid IMEI" no more. hope this was helpful in any way.
