Hello community. I'm here to request some help about backing up my ROM since there is no official firmware launched for this 'recent' device.

Here are the specs:
Huawei Y3 II LUA-U23 (Double-Sim)
Processor: MT6582M
Chipset: Mali-400MP2
RAM: 1Gb

Initially I tried to do the backup with MTKDroidTools but I get "ERROR: Zero file, no space left on device!" with preloader and dsp_ even when I used a 16gb SD and installed busybox. I have to mention that I rooted my device with Kingroot (via pc 'cause apk didn't work) and had to install abdb insecure 2.0 to get Backup option  working.

Due that, I decided to use SPFlashTools dumping solution (readback) but I get stucked at "Error 0×7D4 Message: BROM ERROR: S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL" and I couldn't go any further. Of course I've changed drivers, SPFlashTools version, pc, USB cord, checked battery level and everything seems to work but I had no luck with it. Sometimes when I unplug the phone SPFlashTools shows 0x7D5 error but I have no clue what could be happening. I really appreciate any reply to this topic 'cause I'm kinda worried about future bricks in my device.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, it didn't work. I spent almost 2 days switching between installing drivers and rebooting but I couldn't make it work. I even tried all guides supplied in this thread https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13498.html and same error:
Waiting for USB Port...
Waiting for USB Port...
>>none usbport, maybe driver not installed

What could I do next?

Phone gets detected by Device manager and makes the plugged sound but it disconnects almost 1 second later and starts charging. It does the same with all drivers I tried.

You'll need to apply the connection-disconnection fix @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html
you should be at Device Manager immediately you connect and scroll down to Ports to see what has newly appeared

I had no luck. This is strange. My Older devices don't show related problems with connection. Even I went wild and tried with fastboot mode.

Now I'm going to try with some virtual machine running XP.

Problem solved: With SpFlashTools I could make the backup. I only had to change the download agent from another source. I hope you add this solution to SPFlashTools common errors.
