My phone was charging fine on stock rom but when I installed a custom rom it shows the charging indicator but discharges the battery instead and then alternates between 0-2%. I've tried 3 custom roms now and I don't have enough data to download the stock rom. How can I fix this?

The problem is between battery stats, kernel and boot.IMG. you'll need to find a way to download then flash the firmware

Did you install VCOM drivers @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html and follow the flashing guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

Means you'll need to try a different firmware.
Do you have access to a working M6?

No I don't. Could it be the charging port?
