Pls help miracle box

Am having a serious issue with miracle box loader on my window 7 64bit, the I try to connect phone instead to connect it will start charging it will not connect, but it shows none usbpot, may be driver not stalled, I have install several driver, Pls help.

Power off the phone, connect to PC and update whatever it gets detected as using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16839.html
