Failed to get PMT info - mics232 - 03-03-2017

Hi admin..
Please help me.I got this error code when i tried to reflash my myphone agua rio lite.
I used this firmware beforehand and I only got this error now.

Go to the format tab and try to format the phone, if successful then change your download settings to "download only" then flash.

I already tried your suggestion still got nothing.I can't seem to format it.

How did the phone get bricked in the first place?

How did the phone get bricked in the first place?

I was updating my apps when suddenly the phone hangged up so I decided to restart the phone.
After which it only got stuck at the MYphone logo only.I tried resetting the phone to factory defaults
however it was fruitless so I decided to reflash the firmware but that error pops up so I can't continue.

Try using Download only and attach a screenshot of any error you get.
If you do get an error then try reading info using Miracle Box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html . I want to see a screenshot of the outcome

I won't get any errors but the phone won't start up or turn on. I'll try your suggestion 'bout the miracle box later.

Its important you note i'm not asking you to try backup in Miracle Box. Just tick the Readinfo option

Sir I can't get a read out on miracle box.I tried it many times but I always get this error everytime "none usbport,maybe driver not installed".I already tried to manually install the vcom drivers.

How did you connect it to Miracle Box? Did you hold any button?
