what's wrong with the phone and how did it start?

I try flashing the phone after format it refused to continue the process, and it gives error enable dram fail,now the phone can't charge or show no light

Might be mistmatch error, you'll need a working phone of the same model or look for another rom for your build.

Can I see a full screenshot of the error message.
Also, what does the phone get detected as in device manager?

The phone detect in device manager as mtk USB driver, the screen shot....
