All of them did not change mac address also busybox ifconfig command. Do you have any method to change it?

What is your phone model? Is it a Redmi? If yes, then have you tried the steps at https://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-redmi-3s/how-to/changing-mac-addresssolved-t3585380 . This involves editing the MAC address in the phone's QCN backup using a Hex Editor.

What of using root explorer to edit Inf0MacAddress in /data/misc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini ?
or sys/devices/WLAN/wcnss_mac_addr

Thank you for your advice. Mine is Redmi 5Plus  and folder is .../data/misc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini
QPST (Windows XP SP3) can not find my phone. How to fix this problem and use adb shell got error in shotscreen.

It might be a driver thing. Why not try Windows 7 and ensure to install Qualcomm drivers. Hope you can get the phone into EDL mode?
