what's wrong with your device and how did the problem?
do you remember the build number of the phone?

had set an anti theft password and suddenly my phone went off and it asked for the pasword but when i enter the password it does not accept it.
i accidentally formatted the whole flash and i installed new firmware to the phone but it is stuck... it lights up the itel logo appears and it goes off again and again it like a bootloop

Did you take note of the phonetic build no before flashing the phone?
Have you tried the itel p32 firmware listed @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-25293.html ?

how exactly did you attempt booting into recovery mode?
recovery mode is vol up + power button and you can also try vol down + power button. the phone must be switched off before you try booting into any of these modes
