Can I remove the booloader opened warning message on the boot logo on some newer Mediatek phones like TECNO CX Air by editing or parsing the image.

If yes, how I can do that?

Or any other method to remove that warning message without locking the bootloader?

No, you can't
the message is there for a reason, if you dont like seeing it the leave bootloader locked
