After flashing with SP flash tools, the phone still remain like before - Abbeymovic - 10-07-2019
Please I just flash my Tecno spark k7 with SP flash tools, but after I restart the phone I still see my old apps I download, my old pictures, my old security pattern. The phone still complain of low memory. I don't know what to do. Please help me gurus.

Please help me, I just flash my Tecno k7 with SP flash tools, but to my surprise there's no changes on the phone. I can still see my apps, my pictures and my security pattern still remain. The also complain of low memory. Please help me.

the emmc chip on the phone is faulty, take your device to a phone hardware repair technician for fixing or replacing
