Follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html to backup your phone's firmware, once successful you'll obtain boot.bin then rename to boot.img and follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html to root your phone.
For custom ROMs you'll need to search online yourself.

Thanks for getting back to me. Miracle box is not detecting my phone and I've installed vcom drivers. I was able to backup my phone firmware with WwR MTK and SP flash tool. How can i use WwR MTK to install custom recovery and root on my infinix HOT S PRO?

wwr tool cant be used to install custom recovery and root
use boot.img from your backup and the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html to root
use recovery.img from your backup to port twrp using the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html

Thanks, I've been able to get root access on my infinix hot S pro x521. Next thing I want to do is to get custom recovery working.

Hovatek pls help. My infinix hot s pro is now in bootloop after flashing custom recovery that i ported using the mtk auto tool.

which particular version of the tool did you use?
