RE: Official firmware for lava R5s play - Kaliem Abbass - 05-05-2020

There is an error while booting the phone. Says system is corrupted and stuck at bootloop. Phone goes to fastboot and recovery just fine.
I guess just need to flash firmware to boot it.
Please provide link to firmware. I am in dire need.

Also a friend of mine have same phone .i tried doing mtk firmware backup, but it failed with error status_brom_cmd_send_da_fail (0xC0060005)
I searched and found that i need DA file for my phone.
But cannot find it anywhere.

You can then flash the backup to your phone but make sure to take backup of the faulty phone’s firmware before flashing it.

Post feedback once you’re able to fix the phone.

Yes I was able to take backup and fix the phone too. Thanks for your help. Now I tried installing an Android 10 gsi on this device
Unlocked bootloader
Flashed vbmeta.img
Flashed gsi sytem image and reboot.
Gsi has been installed and works fine.
But my phone is having stock recovery.Tried porting twrp for my device and flashed it but it bootloops.

Can you help building and porting a working twrp for my device? Thanks in advance
