LUMIA830 AppStore not responding - Wisdom34 - 20-05-2020

Good morning, I can’t access my store on my NOKIA LUMIA 830, i have created my Microsoft account but if I try to sign in It’s keep saying “we’re having trouble signing in.make sure you have a good reception. “ i have reset the phone many times and even updated the version but it keeps saying thesame things.. Please help me out

check if the date and time on the device is correct
if that doesn't help, you can try factory resetting the device

The time is accurate and have reset the phone many times but still the same

try factory reset the device again and during initial setup, try adding a new email not the previous one you created

I did the reset, added a new Microsoft account but it’s still showing the same thing

I just read an article on their site saying the store has been shutdown thats why...Let me create another thread on how to upgrade my Lumia from windows8.1 to windows10
