OK then. I've flashed the stock rom but seems the system update is different. I updated twice and after that no other updates. And no development in switching 3G only like d updates then

was it immediately after you flashed the stock ROM that you got the two updates?
Also, try changing the date of your phone to some time in the future, say 4 months
