(29-12-2015, 04:26 PM)wisedollyp @Admin, any luck?

I have also tried version V5.1532

I am concerned about the recovery file.

so far its our recovery image, it works perfectly. that is not the version of SP flash tool listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html. there's a higher version after the one you listed above and thats what's at our link. please, go back and redownload it

@admin the version I found at thread 159 is v5.1524 at this link http://adf.ly/7037456/http://spflashtool...00.000.zip this is the first one I tried as stated in the guide but then it didn't work that's why I tried the version above.

Or is there another version? Please post the link here. Thanks a lot!

I have been able to flash it successfully.
It was mentioned on a forum somewhere that sometimes you have to flash it twice before booting to recovery before it works.

So to all facing the same problem, the solution is to:

Flash the recovery image twice then boot to recovery and it will work.

Thanks @admin, thanks all
