are you sure you shutdown and not restart? remove the battery and slot back in. lets know if this still happens

Its is shut down. What it dose is when after shutting down,what it dose is that is goes to the bios.

If I remove the ba3 it will off but I want it to be shuttin down like every other system

ok. means we're probably looking at an OS issue. remove battery > slot back in > boot > shutdown
lets know if it still goes into BIOS

I'll remove the key board and then try and shut it down and see what happens then get back to u

I remover the keyboard and it is still doin thr same thing.. What next do u suggest I do pls?
