Did you complete twrp flashing, was it after flashing the custom twrp that the phone went dead?

carlcare take 10 to 15 days so if i can boot it in 2 days?

Recovery couldnt have caused the phone to be completely dead.
Uninstall the drivers using the link X3non gave above, reboot your computer then connect the phone. 
Navigate to my computer>device manager. Under device manager, look for your phone. You will see your phone as unknown with question mark in yellow.  right click on it to select update drivers.
Follow the on screen instructions to install drivers from the opened window.
Your phone should now be detected after drivers installation and you can launch sp flash tool to install a new ROM but format first before download only.

No, it will show up but not signed. Okay while on the device window; connect and disconnect your phone and see if the devices refresh up.
NB: when you uninstall the drivers and restart the pc, you should not install the drivers before connecting the phone. You should connect the phone and see your device under device manager before you install drivers when you double-click on your device and select update drivers.
