have searched through the forum for solution which indeed I found some, using mtk droid tools to change the imei, tried the imei.exe fix process, I watched video by hovatek to solve.. but non of this worked. I even got twrp backup from a working phone yet it didn't work.. please help me out. Thanks for your time and help

You can repair you base band using either volcano or miracle box

read the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html closely and see the video.
The guide says if you have unknown baseband then you need to fix that first by flashing the firmware before fixing null IMEI.
The firmware is @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html, flash using SP flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

You can repair your baseband by doing an NVRAM backup of a working phone of same model and restore it to your phone
