Good morning .... pls i need steps to boot up my bb 9930 thats not booting but blinking red light?

Would help to know how this began
Take out the battery > Connect it to power > Wait till it shows the canceled battery sign > Insert the battery

I av the same problem with my 9930. The battery is not charging in the phone. It keeps flashing red light.

Thats incorrect.
First off, this is someone else's support thread.
Even though you have similar device issues, you have different progress rates and eventually, there'll be confusion as to who what reply is meant for. Then there'll be a lot of going back and forth for both of you. Now, imagine another person adding to that...and more people.
It'll be a total mess
