To boot into recovery mode on a Dual OS (Android + Windows) tablet, you first need to enter Droidboot Mode. Once in Droidboot, you use Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to select.

Follow the steps below to boot into Droidboot Mode on a Dual OS Tablet
Power off the tablet
Press the Volume down / decrease button and keep holding
Press the Power button and keep holding
Keep holding both buttons till the tablet enters Droidboot
