(17-06-2017, 04:47 PM)mikrotik When I replace it I only see the preloader as a flashable block, the recovery is not visible to be flashed

I need to ask, Which partitions did you dump (backup) in Miracle Box?

Only preloader?
You're supposed to dump all partitions to be able to reflash all of them if need be

You can read the previous replies that I was told to dump the preloader so i can paste it to the cwm folder along with the scatter that gets generated.

So for this purpose of flashing the ported cwm do i need to check all the checkboxes on miracle box when dumping even though i know that I will only need the preloader?

No.
The guide says to dump your firmware not preloader.
You're only to copy preloader from your dump
It was suggested you backup your firmware (all partitions) for two reasons
1. Incase something goes wrong before, during or after rooting, you'll have a comlete firmware to revive your device
2. So that all partitions (including recovery) will be activated / added to the scatter file

Thanks @Mr Hovatek for clearing my confusion, and thanks too from Mr X3non for porting my CWM, even though it can't flash any zip due to error" E:/ can't mount sdcard or extSdCard", however i flashed cwm via sideload.
