I have got a Spice dream uno (MI-498) with MT6582 cpu.
my phone had got switch off on it's own. I tried booting it up but it won't so i reflashed it but then after that it won't boot. I thought might be battery discharged completely so i put it in charger but it won't charge just show charging symbol then off then again charging symbol, i tried to boot it but it won't just reboot to boot logo without vibration. I googled a little and found that emmc is might be corrupted.

Its too early to consider an emmc issue. Might still be drained battery.
For how many hours have you left the phone connected to power?

More than 6 hours yet no luck. It happened 2 days ago I had flashed my phone before many times successfully without problem and it came back to life but now won't

If this particular ROM had fixed your phone before now then its between a power problem and emmc issue; both hardware issues

I used to flash without battery so I don't think it is a power issue. It must be emmc issue. I googled today a little and found that if I get successed in formating whole flash with bootloader then it might get fixed, since emmc will be totally formated and no corrupted partitioned will be there.
Should I format it ? If yes then how ? I am not able to do it with so flash tool (format whole flash option get hidden after selecting mt6582 scatter file).

By power issue, I mean a hardware component, not low battery.
Try flashing with battery inserted and not holding any button.
If its an emmc issue then its not a flashing matter. You would need to change it
As for your attempt to format, try using the latest version of sp flash tool
