Hi! There is this doov sy2 which was stuck at the boot logo. I decided to flash it with its stuck rom. After flashing the phone is still stuck at boot logo. I did a data wipe factory reset but it says " error: cannot get phone encrypt state". I flashed it using sp flashtool and miracle box. Please help figure out what is wrong

where exactly did you get this error "error: cannot get phone encrypt state" ?
also boot into Factory mode using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13850.html
then do an eMMC wipe in factory mode
