Hi, I'm new here, please help me.
 I have a problem with my Huawei Y3ii LUA-L01.
I tried rooting it with TWRP yesterday and it has been rebooting since then.
Kindly help me resolve this.

Seems your device is now bricked
it would help to know what exactly you did using TWRP
BTW did you by any chance backup your rom?

I didnt back up the ROM

1. So you're saying it got bricked just after you unlocked bootloader; you did nothing else?
2. Have you tried searching for the stock rom?

Weird.
You can search for the stock rom but don't flash yet.
Can the phone still enter fastboot?
