With Magisk, you shouldn't have problems with SafetyNet unless you'd made some other modification before switching to Magisk.
Flash the stock rom then try rooting via Magisk

Other Gionee A1 users didn't complain of this so lets take a closer look at your case
1. What version of Magisksu and Magisk manager did you se
2. Need to be sure its Compatibility Test Suite and not SafetyNet giving the error so can I see a screenshot of the error message
3. Hope you enabled Magisk Hide for your apps
4. Ensure your SELinux is set to enforce and usb debugging diabled

That's CTS .
Two things
1. Download root checker from Playstore and check for root status. Let me know what root checker says
2. Hope you've turned off USB Debugging
3. Under Magisk settings, disable Systemless hosts and BusyBox

There is no busybox, systemless host was already disabled and root checker says rooted. [Image: 5c773db3523163d6ec22b00cd9a140e8.jpg]

Weird.
Which partitions did you flash when reflashing the firmware?
