boot the device into safe mode, see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-572.html then use it for a while and see if it still drains the battery

I mean if the tab goes like 20% it just off and if u turn it ON the battery goes empty.

Please try changing the battery and if that did not work , You have to it to hardware repairs for them to check you the battery terminal in the device.
