use any root file browser, navigate to root/data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf
look for a file named "disable" and delete it then restart the phone
also try enabling a framework and see if it enables
BTW how did you manage to flash xposed if you are still expecting a custom recovery @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20878.html ?

Even i face the same issue on my device
The solution mentioned here (to delete disable file)
Does not work for me, as there's no such conf folder or disable file in my xposed installers data folder

But a quick "hot reboot" solves this issue for me

You may use "Quick Reboot [root]" app to hot reboot your device
But this is only temporary solution, xposed framework will show that error again after every cold boot
So again you have to do a "hot reboot"

If flashing the xposed installer.zip was successful then try updating the xposed app using the latest version @ https://xposed-installer.en.uptodown.com/android
