Hope you know factory mode is different from recovery mode and you're supposed to fix this error in factory mode.
If it persists after the factory mode fix then consider flashing a firmware with userdata and cache at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19274.html

Yea...the emmc wipe was in factory mode

Yea...I did the factory reset but is still the same... I think i have to find a rom with user data and cache...
But how do i get it online?

verify properly which rom you downloaded, then based on your m3 model [i.e if its old, new or 4.4]
download the correct rom @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19274.html

you can try the empty cache and userdata from the attachment below

Wow, my M3 is now working fine.
I cleared eMMC again and again and it worked.
