it says the version of the tool is not compatible with the window am running,am tried it on windows 8/10 please help

Did you download the 32 or 64 bit version?

yes i downloaded both versions,but my windows is 32bit

Im also getting this guy's same error while porting my stock recovery. i guess the .bat file isnt working with windows 10?

Personally tested on Windows 10 and it worked perfectly

 i realized that wasn't the windows version. i tryed on windows 7 and got same error. as the previous guy did, i downloaded both versions or the file, but it returned errors. dont know what to do.

im totally sure that my stock recovery isnt caussing the issue.

by the way, it is a sc7731c Blu Advance 4.0M rooted by myself.

attached it is the screenshot

the forum did not allow me to upload recovery. it said the file was too large (12 Mb stock_recovery.img)

also i could'nt put a google drive link of the recovery because i haven't posted 10 times.
