What you'll want to do first is to have installed your drivers. We already have a guide on how to install drivers for Infinity CM2 Qualcomm so the module can detect your Qualcomm phone. Once you've installed the drivers, install the Infinity CM2 Qualcomm module by double-clicking. I'm going to do that quickly [installing CM2 QLM module].
You need to have connected your Infinity CM2 dongle to your PC's USB port for this software to work. Alright! Installation is done. Now, launch your Infinity CM2 Qualcomm module. It usually takes a while so you have to be a bit patient. for the dashboard to come up. Alright! Great! Its up [adjusting]. Now, click on the Flash tab. Click Read FW button (green text). Once you do that, you should have wait for phone.
Now, hold the volume up & down buttons while the phone is powered off then connect to the PC via USB cord. The battery should be inside. Once you do that, you should have the phone detected like this because its now in EDL Mode. In this Window (that pops up), navigate to the location where you wish to save your Qualcomm dump [navigating] then you click on Save. Do not interrupt the process. The tool should now start backing up.
