yes I have removed the battery but the vibration still continues after re-inserting the battery and it woun't come on....

Is it when you try powering up that the vibration starts or it vibrates once the battery is in
Also, is it a continuous vibration or there are intervals (no matter how short) between vibrations

It is when I power it on that it flashes the boot logo and starts vibrating until I turn it off. There are no intervals; the vibration is continuous.....

You'll need to keep searching for the firmware.
If you had a box / dongle that supports Qualcomm, we might have tried something

I also have Chineese Miraclle II. It can identify the device. What can we work out

The challenge is that no one wants to give me the phone for me to extract the firmware. That is why I am stranded right now.
