Thats due to an incompatible lk.bin , refer to https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-1667.html
you'll need only lk.bin from a compatible firmware
Can you get access to a working device of the same model?
Also, have you tried the firmware @ [ Please, Register to unhide this download link]
