Try holding volume + or - button while connecting.

You still haven't shown us the roms you have tried.

(10-09-2018, 10:34 PM)Babacar Mbaye the phone used to restart by itself when i connected on internet and one day it turned off and when i tried to turn it on it stucked at boot logo.
in miracle box when i click on start button and plug the phone  the phone never appears even though i've done the instructions(ticking mtk, read info, 4th boot auto connect) it only leads to the phone starting to charge.
Edit: an error appears :
Open Port Err:
***   the Port be occupied cf attached image

Hope you're not holding any button when connecting to PC
From the info you've provided, I suspect your phone is C7-H355A1-M-160922V69
Have you flashed that firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19276.html ?

yeah i've flashed this firmware with sp flash tool but it didn't work: "Error : S_FT_FORMAT_FAIL(4010). in fact i've tried all the 3 firmwares given. Are these firmwares meant to be flashed with flashtool or miracle box? all i know is that in sp flash tool at least the phone is recognised contrarly with miracle box.

the firmwares can be flashed using spflashtool or miracle box. it seems like yours is a different build
try dumping firmware from your device using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html OR you could try dumping only recovery.img; download any C7 scatter file, then
You're to readback recovery.img alone using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-526.html
Skip the MTK Droid tools part since you already have a scatter file.
You can get the needed values for recovery from the scatter file.
physical_start_addr = Start
partition_size = Length

(09-09-2018, 05:36 PM)Babacar Mbaye I used the method 5 cf attached image

Let's focus on Miracle Box read info. What error / issue are you having with using the Miracle Box method?
Also, how did the phone get bricked?

i tried to follow your instructions but i fail because in to order to get the start address or length (step 11) i still need to use the values in the blocks map in mtk droid tools which doesn't recognise the phone. Anyway thank you for your help.

you don't need mtk droid tool since you'll get values from the C7 scatter file you must have downloaded
ensure to read and follow the instructions properly
