Hello Sir! My Tecno N5 was hard reset and now it asked me of gmail of the first user, I used miracle box to try to backup the phone but a message comes up when i click on start, it says (>Timeout. Check Pinout or Redo.) Please help me solve this problem Sir!

the phone was not detected,
ensure to install vcom preloader driver using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html and also try a different USB port
whats the chipset of your N5?

Miracle box. Do you have the box or using the loader version?
