I have an Itel A11 phone that detects sim but shows no signal bar. It displays a no service notification.

This problem started when I noticed that my phone was running slow so I rebooted the phone only to see the phone showing a no service notification after detecting sim. I  tried switching from 3g to 2g but all to no avail. I flashed a new ROM because my twrp backup couldn't restore back.

After flashing the new ROM, everything came to normal except the no service notification problem. I even googled the problem and found out it was a problem that most Itel A11 users have. It displays like this " no service | Airtel " depending on the sim in the phone. My imei is intact.
However I found a fix but the file I was told to flash was in .spdnv format without any tutorial to flash it.

Please, I would be very grateful if this problem is resolved.

You need cm2 dongle (cm2spd module) to flash spdnv. Refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21866.html

that's what I figured. Please, is there any other way you can help me to fix this "no service" problem ?
I don't have  or know anybody who has this dongle.
If there's a link to a loader version or a way i can flash nv file with research download tool, fastboot or adb please show me.

You mentioned you have a TWRP backup, lets see a screenshot of the contents of the backup
And was the backup made from this phone when the signals was still working properly?
What error did you get when you tried restoring?

Yes, the backup was made when the phone was working properly.
When I was restoring the backup, the phone froze when it was restoring data. It froze at 2% and stuck there for over an hour. I had to pull the battery because it didn't take such time when I was restoring the same backup some days earlier.

That's how I ended up flashing a fresh ROM and restoring the same backup and it restored successfully but the no network issue still persisted.

This backup only contains partitions needed to boot the phone and restore your files and data but doesn't contain all partitions (it won't help fix the network)
What's the current build number of your phone?
And can you get access to a working A11 phone?

A11-W407A-6.0-OP-V042-20180319   is my current build number and I can't access a working  A11.

This is the build number you got after restoring your twrp backup, what's the build number of the firmware you flashed just before you restored the twrp backup?
If this network issue isn't as a result of flashing wrong firmware build, you'll need to either look for a cm2 dongle to try that spdnv file or a working A11 with similar build to backup

A11-W407A-6.0-OP-V001-20170228 is the firmware I flashed. It is also the only firmware with similar build I saw in the download section.
I guess cm2 dongle is my only hope because the screenshot above is a screenshot of a full twrp backup of my phone a month before this problem.
