I have a Lenovo Laptop
Processor is Pentium Inside

I always get blue screen even after a clean windows installation.
Safe Mode is working without any problem but immediately i reboot to normal mode then i will start getting blue screen (UNCORRECTABLE ERROR to be precise).
I have tried different RAM and HDD but still won't fix the problem.
The thing is it doesn't matter the version of windows i use (7,8,10) always getting blue screen within 5 minutes or less.
And now i have no idea what i should do know.
I seriously need help guys.
Thanks in advance.

This is a hardware related issue, maybe a graphic a card problem.
Try cleaning the motherboard and heat it.

Try @innagee's suggestion
The RAM and HDD you tried, did you actually test them on a different PC to verify if they're in good condition? The RAM most especially

Thanks for the suggestion and yes i did tried heating the board but still the problem not fixed.
There's one thing @innagee mentioned, he said it might be the graphic card, but i don't have any replacement as at now.
If that is the only way then i will have to wait if i get another matching graphic card to replace the faulty one,
but if there's another alternative solution that i should try i would be grateful.
Thank you guys for your help so far and sorry for late reply, i was away for sometime.

i wonder, what's the size of the RAM you have? and is it one ram slot or two?

If you have another copy of the PC around, take the HDD from that one as it is,put it in yours and see if it boots without the blue screen.
