Hello,

after updating my Cubot X18 Plus via SP Flashtool it doesnt turns on. The PC detects the smartphone but nothing happens.When i try to flash i get this error ( check Screenshot ) Anybody knows the solution?

was the update process successful with a green tick?
and did you disconnect / reconnect the battery after flashing?

Battery is not removable. And yes the update was successful.

the battery is inbuilt doesn't mean it's not removable. you need to loosen the device to get to the battery OR look for someone who can

Try Holding the power button then connecting to a power source via the charger (while still holding power button).

Even i could remove the battery what what difference would it make?
