(05-01-2016, 02:24 PM)Liton539 I tried flashing Symphony E75 by Upgrade Download tool r2.9.9008. It shown Failed:Not Calibrated. But this tools have no calibration option under setting. How to fix it?
(20-04-2015, 01:21 PM)hovatek This guide is for Spreadtrum (eg Itel) Android users.
To learn how to use the research download or upgrade download tool, follow this guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1231.html
If during flashing, you get the Failed: NV data read in phone is crashed then:
* Consider using the latest version (V 2.9.8004 and above). If the latest version still gives the error then proceed with the guide
* Load the pac file by clicking the Load packet icon
* Select the pac file and click Open
* Click the Settings Icon
* Navigate to the Calibration tab
* Untick all items then click OK
* Proceed with flashing
(14-04-2017, 12:23 PM)gervinho243 Hello Hovatek.
I have done all that, and also tried a different pac file.
I'm facing the same issue.
And when I tried to flash one file at the time, I was getting this "Write flash failed".
Any suggestion, please ?
Note : The phone is Lenovo A388T.
